Another high key shot today. A wildebeest, also called a gnu, is so ugly that to take a good shot is almost impossible. They do nothing but make a noise or just walk one behind the other in a straight line.
Fortunately a few of therm walked through the shallow waters of the lake and, just as his/her head turned I hit the shutter.
They say that when God had finished making all of the animals he made the Gnu with all of the pieces left over.
There are very many Wildebeest in Amboseli at the moment as well as Zebra but the dusty conditions are giving hazy shots. Couple that with the heat haze and things start to get a little tricky.
